  • Training starts by clicking here to fill out my form so I can get better acquainted with you via email! I will ask you about your lifts, goals, and current physical condition. Then I will also ask for some video of your movements to better understand your starting point and how I can step in to coach you!

  • Everything is done through google drive! I will send your workouts, and share tons of resources with you on google drive. It's easy, straight forward, and accessible through your computer and phone!

  • You can message me as much as you want! Once we start working together, I will begin communicating with you and you will send me as much footage as you want, questions as you want, and I will answer them as timely as possible.

  • Of course! Whether you're an athlete, father, or want to confront that school yard bully, I will work with you to improve your strength!

  • Absolutely! Depending on the injury, there can be a few things we can modify to help you stay on track and make sure you are supported through an individualized approach.
